i love it when old media posts stories on the interwebs with no reference links, no background, no links at all. and by “love” i mean really really dislike. so here are the links they should have put in the story. info about the CoolCities story, US Mayors Climate Protection conference, NC Sierra Club (their blog post), East Millbrook Magnet Middle School, Town of Wake Forest (press rel, blog), Mayor Vivian Jones. You know, actual “information.” But i suppose “information” would distract your attention from all the blinking advertisements. and if you want here’s nbc17’s news story on youtube.
