How sweet is this? My kids are working hard to collect enough money to buy a gift for the Krispy Kreme Angel Tree in Wake Forest NC. The last paper angel on the tree in WF is a gift for a special 14 year old teen girl. My sons, aged 9 and 11, are trying to raise enough money for an iPod Nano. That’s about $130. They started this morning and have collected $37 total so far from 7 donors. The deadline to receive special gifts for these children, in need of a bit of Christmas cheer, has been extended to December 14th. They have about 2 days to go. Will you help us help this child with her special wish for an mp3 player? Thank you and Merry Christmas!
Monday Update: We’ve now received a total of $97 plus an iPod Nano watch wristband! Incredible. This is such a great help from kind people.
P.S. we will donate the dozen hot glazed doughnuts to a donor chosen at random. We’ve already earned two dozen by sending two gifts for the Angel tree earlier this week.
