so, i saw this wicked teaser (it has been suppressed and removed from youtube etc) before Transformers on Tuesday night. i knew it was a JJ Abrams affair from the tell-tell Bad Robot producer shingle leading in. you know, the guy of excellent spy serial series ALIAS fame (and a semi-popular show LOST).
starts out as a normal going away party for some guy named Ethan; then all heck breaks loose in the city outside as fireballs fall from the sky and everyone starts to panic.
and then it just ends, with a date: 1-18-08. very weird. very cool. very JJ. now i’ve discovered there is a viral marketing web campaign (of course). so of course i’ll now start to track (read: obsess over) it on my mobthink tumblog.
